定義
連續性出版品 Serial -> 一種出版的形式
A publication in any medium issued in successive parts bearing numeric or chronological

1書名頁祗有正題名; 或

3書名頁祗有西方文字的書名及其他書目資料。

題名及著者敘述項
僅記載下列性質之版本:
A 區域性之版本敘述; local edition statement;
Northern ed. Ex: 時代週刊
B 特殊對象之版本敘述; special interest edition statement;
Ed. pour le medecin
C 特別形式或媒體之敘述; special format or physical presentation statement
Airmail ed. -> 航空版
Library ed. Ex:賣給圖書館的書
D 語言之版本敘述; language edition statementse
English ed.
E 全部再刷或再版;
Reprint ed. Ex:美麗島雜誌
2nd ed.
